Benefits of Breastfeeding by Lactation Consultant, Mairead Murphy from Better Breastfeeding.
Christine Courtney from Obus, will give a talk on the benefits of complimentary therapies, followed by a Relaxation Exercise.
There will also be a Goodie Bag for all attendees with some lovely Obus treats specially tailored for Mums to Be.
